Terrance J. Green, senior partnerPractices principally in the areas of animal law, real estate law, and disabilities law. Education: BA, St. Mary's University, 1978, Masters in Public Administration (MPA), University of Winnipeg, 1992; LLB, University of Ottawa, 1999. Long before he became a lawyer, Mr Green was an advocate for people with disabilities. First in his native Nova Scotia, later in Manitoba, he served in senior positions with NGOs and the federal government working to improve access for people with disabilities. In law school, discovering that print-disabled students' access to study materials was inadequate, he started the On-Line Library and Information System (OLLIS) to help this segment of the student population. In 2005, with breed specific amendments to the Dog Owners' Liability Act, Mr. Green, began defending dog owners and their dogs who were charged under the new law or newly drafted municipal bylaws. He has successfully representing dogs and their owners in several jurisdictions across Ontario.
